By default ZIP/postal code format isn’t verified in Prestashop, i.e. site visitors can enter the ZIP code in any format.

1, With your PrestaShop admin panel, go to the International -> Locations section.

2, Choose the Countries tab.

3, Find the country you need to edit the ZIP/postal code format for. Click the Edit button.

4, Insert the format into the ZIP/postal code format field.

5, Save the changes and check the ZIP/postal code format in the corresponding field at the front end.
