Good documentation reduces support requests, improves buyer satisfaction, and increases your product's star rating. For code-based products, documentation is mandatory. For design assets, it is strongly recommended.
Everything in your product must either be created entirely by you, or commercially licensed for inclusion and resale.
Declare all third-party components inside your documentation. You retain full intellectual property ownership of your products; buyers only purchase a license to use it.
If you detect copyright infringement on the platform, file a complaint directly to [email protected] for prompt removal.
Buyers purchase your product expecting it to work. As a seller, you are responsible for providing support within the scope defined on your product listing.
9.4 Response Time: Response is expected within 2 business days. Unresponsive support statuses may result in demotion or suspension.
9.5 Refund Requests: You have 5 business days to respond or resolve a refund request before escalations.
Every product submitted to TemplateTrip is reviewed by our team before it goes live. Here is exactly what happens after you hit submit.
Code check, style verification, description validation, demo availability, document inspection, and licensing compliance.
Standard items: 3–5 business days. Complex items (e.g. full-stack SaaS boilerplates): up to 7 business days.
Your product is published immediately. You will receive an approval email, and your item will appear in search results within minutes.
You receive detailed written feedback pointing to exactly what requires fixes. Address all elements and resubmit; there is no penalty or limit.
11.5 Product Updates: Updates are managed via your dashboard. Minor bug fixes are instant; major feature adjustments might undergo quick re-reviews.
TemplateTrip takes the integrity of its marketplace seriously. Violations may result in listing removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.
Items will be removed if they contain unlicensed assets, inaccurate descriptions, non-functioning live demos, or security vulnerabilities.
Suspension or termination will occur for plagiarism/counterfeit uploads, transaction fraud, rating manipulation, spamming, or harassment.
If you believe action was taken in error, submit an appeal to [email protected] within 14 days. We will review appeals and respond within 7 business days.
Buyers decide in seconds. A polished, fast-loading demo with real contents (not Lorem Ipsum) drives conversions.
Lead with benefits. Use clean bullet points. Clarify compatibility explicitly to answer questions before they ask.
Underpricing signals low quality. If your design is premium, price it accordingly instead of racing to the bottom.
Products updated recently get better visibility and trust. Even small compatibility updates show engagement.
A 5-star review always highlights fast support. Set expectations clearly on listings, then beat them.
Tags help discovery. Choose specific, niche tags reflecting platform, styling, and exact features.
Note: TemplateTrip has no exclusivity requirements. Selling on multiple platforms is welcome!
