How to Install Tawk.to Module in OpenCart: #

Create a Tawk.to Account: #

• Visit the Tawk.to website and sign up for a free account.
• Create a new property for your OpenCart store within the Tawk.to dashboard.
• Retrieve the Site ID from the Tawk.to dashboard; you’ll need it during the module installation.

With your Opencart admin panel, go to Extensions -> Extensions.

Download and Install the OpenCart Tawk.to Module: #

• Log in to your OpenCart Admin Dashboard.
• Navigate to Extensions > Extension Installer.
• Download the Tawk.to module for OpenCart 3.0.x from the Tawk.to website.
• Upload the module ZIP file using the Extension Installer.
• Go to Extensions > Extensions and select Modules.
• Find the Tawk.to module and install it.

Select Modules From drop-down list.

Find Tawk.to Module and click on Edit button.

Fill up the required details and click on the save button.

With your Opencart admin panel, go to Design -> Layouts.

Find the Home layout and click on Edit button.

Find a content bottom position and Add Tawk.to Module.

Configure and Activate the Tawk.to Module: #

• In the Modules section, find Tawk.to and click Edit.
• Enter the Tawk.to Site ID in the module settings.
• Set the status to Enabled.
• Configure additional settings such as chat widget position and visibility.
• Save the changes.
